Hello All, We are new owners of a used 2017 Champagne 38EL. The inside of the glass door on the fireplace is dirty with smudges. Is there a way to open the glass door in order to clean it?
People might be able to help better if you tell them what make and model fireplace you have. Not all units get the same brand.
