Yes, shut the breaker off and turn the firer place off, let it off for at least 15 mins. Turn the breaker on and then the fireplace. That will reset the board, turn it back on, if it keeps doing it then you need a new board. Had the same thing happened to me ,worked after for awhile, but then Coachmen had to send me a new unit. I got the reset directions on the net. Nothing in your material about the reset. This is the 4 one I have read about in the last 2 mos..... good luck, also there are really 3 boards in it. That is probably why they sent me a whole fireplace, but I'm in warranty. I found them on line between 175 and 350 same fireplace. Try it, it might work....[emoji848][emoji196]
