Fireplace fan inop

Fireplace fan on our 2020 Cedar Creek 31ik works intermittently. When turning it on the fan starts really slow and eventually reaches full speed. Fireplace is a Classic Flame/TSI model 36HF320FGT. Blower part number is Y16-S214-P29. I have reached out to the manufacture (TSI) but have not heard back yet. Has anyone had luck in finding parts for their fireplace. I've taken the fireplace out and verified there is no debris in the motor.

Most likely the fan needs lubrication around the shaft bearings, front and rear. I suggest a couple of drops of 3 N 1 oil applied. (not WD-40) Also, check the blades for accumulation of dust and lent. Clean them using a soft brush.

My wife's toothbrush works, but don't tell her I said so.

Get in there and lube it up. Clean it up.

Might get years. Maybe not so long.
