Fireplace question

Earlier this summer we had converter problems. I strongly suspect that is what happened to our tv. Now our fireplace is dead. I have the installation booklet. But it doesn't say who the manufacturer is. All I have is the description and model number. "26 Curve LED Insert Electric Fireplace Model# WW26c" I thought maybe it was a Dimplex but I can't find this model number. Talk about frustrating! You'd think they would put the manufacturer's name on the installation instructions. I've googled the he** out of this and keep coming up short.

My question is does anyone know who the manufacturer would be? If not, does anyone have any good suggestions on what would be a good replacement?

I've been on the Dimplex website but no luck with the model number.

It's a 2014 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 5th wheel

I'm pulling mine again soon as I can to find out who made it. Forgot to look at it as I was in a hurry to close up cabinet after making a hole and placing a register on the cabinet wall for fresh air to enter the "box". The intake air is on the back and top of my heater unit and this is the second one we've had with low output due to no air intake.

My brochure says something about ETJ in a circle and "Intertek" under that circle. Intertek makes testing instruments or something for the gas/oil industry I think. It isn't Furrion as they don't know the model number I sent them.
