Fireplace remote

We have a Rockwood Windjammer 3008W. Our remote to our fireplace broke. Our instruction booklet doesnt tell me the brand of fireplace. Cant find our manuel. Does anyone know the brand so i can order it online?

They put different mfg's fireplaces in the RV's at different times, so it would probably help if you post a pic of the broken remote.

Andrew, if you don't get any response for your question, you can pull out the FP and get the model # off the back. There may be a tag under the front cover or control door.

Also, when I got my TT, there was a build sheet in the owners binder for all of the installed items with model and serial numbers.

My trailer came with TV, radio, and fireplace all made by furrion. The tv remote is universal and has a fireplace button on it for control (although i could never get it to work and just used the fireplace specific remote).
Might be an option....
