Flagstaff 831FKBSS- no heat

I also am on the road with no working heater. ours is new this year, swapped all but the motor-furnace unit and did not solve. have no worthwhile recommendations, posted my symptoms and had it looked at by RV repair guy, no joy. hope your weather supports you.
our area heaters are helping but not as good as desired. area temperatures at night are 45 to 50 and forecast is good to get us home.

Please re-post your symptoms.

What model furnace do you have?

no heat

a Suburban furnace.
sometimes would run for 3 minutes and trip, sometimes would run for less than 30 seconds and trip. had to move thermostat manually to reset.
troubleshooting was done and several parts were replaced one at a time and did not fix it. this included the high temp cutout switch, sail switch, control board and thermostat.
low air flow on floor ducts.
after return home it went back to dealer and the unit still would not run and heat.
the thermostat wiring was not correct.
it should have never left the factory the way it was. it would not provide heat for a significant period and on a reliable basis.
the whole unit was replaced.

When you say "trip" you mean "blow the fuse"?

Oh, and you already replaced the unit?
Were you able to look at the old one?

the blower and furnace would quit, no blown fuse.
the complete furnace unit was replaced and tested at the dealer. this solved the problem.
given the symptoms i'm thinking the motor thermals kept tripping.
