Forest River Grey Wold DBH 23 Refer Problem

I have a 23 DBH FR travel trailer with a Norcold N611v and/or a NV 811v. (the manual lists both).

The refer stopped working except when I connect the trailer to an A/C outlet at my house or the RV park. The pilot is lit but the light on the refer door stays amber.

The propane tank is full. Could the problem be the thermister?

I would rather fix the refer myself to save $ if I can.

Any suggestions?
