Unhappy Freezer working not Frig

Hi. Brand new Roo Owner here. Got a problem. Pre cooling my fridg tonight (on elec) for our first trip tomorrow. The Freezer is working fine but the Fridg is not cooling. It has the passive thermostat (move the sensor up or down). Unit is out of level about 6" left to right not front to back. It was cooling on gas the other evening (unit out of level). Any advice would be appreciated. Are refrigerators that sensitive to being out of level? Still doesn't explain why the freezer is working.

The freezer is what cools the fridge.
Sometimes 12 full hours to cool down.

I don't think 6" side to side is going make a difference but it is quite a bit.

Don't know what type refrigerator you have but agree with others it does sometimes take a while to get frig cooled down. We had problem with our new unit not cooling and found that the opening between the freezer and the frig still had some packing material in it and our unit has a small fan that was blocked.

Mine takes a minimum of 6 with the fridge fans on.
Two exterior and one interior.

If we're cooling the fridge I keep a wireless thermometer in the fridge to monitor the progress from inside the house. When we hit the road the receiver goes in the cab so I can monitor the progress while travelling either with the fridge powered off or on propane. Once we setup for camping the wireless thermometer goes on the picnic table and the receiver on the kitchen table for its true purpose.

I'm having the same issue: brand new 2015 model year XLR, Dometic DM2652 fridge, and it's doing--what I can best call cycling--where it's cold, then warms up, then gets cold again, then warms up. Dealer, of course, can't find anything wrong with it. But this news made DW's ears turn red, she's not happy. What is the correct temp for one of these fridges to be reading during use?

It really has to be level to preforms it's best. It's a challenge for our patience which we dont have, to wait for the fridge to get cold.

Start with 1 and work your way up you will learn a lot about the fridge they will tell you how to check your thermostat.
