Fridge only? Sure, 15a house current should be more than enough current to run an rv fridge just fine, be it propane+12v, or 120v (house current).

Depends on what type and make of fridge.
Since you have a 2-way fridge, based on the manual another member found for you, in your other thread, the electric side will work on both.
Please read the owner's manual that was provided for you in your other thread. If you had, you wouldn't have had to start another thread.
