I have a FR3 29DS, Norcold 2118X refrigerator that is hooked up to shore power and won't come on at all. Everything else works. No light in fridge, won't even come on. Need help from the experts!!

You need 12v DC to the control panel. Check all of your 12v DC fuses, and also behind the fridge (outside panels?) there will be 12v DC wiring with a possible inline fuse. Don't confuse the 12v DC wiring behind the fridge with the 120v AC wiring which should be your standard household cord plugged into an outlet.
