Fridge won’t get below 58 degrees

I have 2020 Greywolf 29TE. The fridge has never really cooled. The freezer works great. I recently bought a fridge fan to help circulate air, no success. I keep the camper plugged up on shore power and keep the camper thermo at 80 degrees. Was wondering if anyone has any insight with this before going to my dealer which is a 4 hour pull one way. The fridge is an everchill model WD- 282FWDC. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We had kind of a simular issue with our 12v Furrion which quit completely 5 days after purchased. The problem was when the unit was built at the Furrion factory many of the connections inside the unit were loose, the worst one was the ground which literally fell off.

When I say inside, their is a service panel at the base which provides access to the compressor and other parts of the fridge. Worth checking before making a long drive to your dealer.
