Furnace Issue

Furnace Gods,

Brand new trailer. Heritage Glen Wildwood 300BH. I turned on my furnace for the first time and I'm having an issue. Heat only comes out of the vent in the bunkhouse and it's very weak. The blower doesn't seem to be running or is running very slowly, but the furnace definitely is producing heat. No heat makes it to the three forward vents at all. They remain cold. Suggestions? Anyone else ever have this issue?

I suspect you have ducts which are not connected to the furnace correctly or they are crushed. If you have heat, your blower is working (required to close the sail switch). Remove a grill, etc., and check your ductwork.

10-4 on going back to dealer. I can't see if the ductwork is connected because they are hard ducts in the floor that run 90 degrees. Would need to remove the underbelly covers to see the ductwork. Thanks for the replies. The info about the sail switch was what I was looking for. Let's me narrow down the issue. Appreciate it.
