Furnace

Hi, we have a 2017 Cedar Creek Hathaway Edition. The furnace quit working. It is a sealed unit. Has anyone else had this issue?

RV furnaces have some odd quirks. Sometimes they get dirt and dust in the orifices and switches. They are not like a regular res furnace. When I have problems like yours, I call a mobile RV repair man and they can fix it usually in a half hour for less than $50.

Lots of folks have furnace issues.

You are going to need to supply us with additional information if you want help.

Do you have 12 volts? (the furnace runs on 12v)
Are you plugged into shore power or running off battery?
Do you have sufficient propane? (the furnace uses propane)
Had your furnace worked previously or is this the first you've tried it?
Do the stove burners light?

Help us help you by giving us all the information you possibility can.

Did the furnace come on and blow air for a bit when you 1st turned it on? This is a process it must accomplish (and prove out to the control board) before it will attempt to light.

Have you checked the furnace's 12v fuse?
