Furnace Question

I have a Wolfpack 27P toy hauler 2014. I have a question about the furnace. I set the thermostat to "furnace" and scroll up/down to the desired temp. In a moment or so the furnace kicks on and the blower starts to blow. However, both the floor vents and the roof vents blow. Hot air comes out of the floor vents and cool air comes out of the roof vents. When the camper reaches the desired heat the furnave kicks off but the blower keeps blowing out the roof vents and it gets cold real fast. What's happening? Thanks

There should be a FAN button that you can set to "auto". Although there may be something else wrong.

I would ensure AUTO wasn't engaged. It happened to me.

If you have digital thermostat, set fan to "auto" instead of low/high speed....

Also make sure there is at least 15*f difference from cool/heat temps. Also make sure you are on heat not "auto" for heat/cool. Different than fan setting.

Problem solved! Thanks to all who commented. It was an incorrect setting on the digital thermostat. I could push the "fan" button and then toggle + for on or - for off but I had no idea how to get to auto. You have to hold or push twice on + to get auto. Dealer never showed us this and the owners manual does not mention it.
