Furrion 12v fridge not getting power

We have a 2020 Cherokee Grey Wolf. Fridge was working fine. Now not. Furrion 12 V refrigerator not getting power. Light not working and refrigeration not working. 12v batteries good. Fuse is good. Power coming to fuse box. Can’t find circuit board. No panel on outside.

I had the same situation with that exact fridge last year in my 365 PACK 16. The frig was defective. Eventually after 3 Furrion defective refrigerators, my dealer got a General Electric 12 volt that’s worked like a charm. Sorry for the potentially bad news.

Welcome to the forum, I see it is your 1st post.

You are going to need to check for 12v power at the fuse panel (usually in the power distribution box) and see if you have power THROUGH the fuse and into the wire that feeds the refrigerator. Don't just look at the fuse, test it.

Then you are going to need to see if you have 12v power at the refrigerator where the feed attaches to the refrigerator. You may have to pull the fridge out.

Gotta rule out the basics before condemning the refrigerator.

Thank to. Did the first one. Not the issue. Pulling fridge out is above my pay grade. Thankfully under warranty.

Be advised that so many Furrion 12v refrigerators have failed that Forest River has completely removed them from the supply chain.

The good news is that there will likely be no hassle at all on the warranty claim and the replacement will not be a Furrion.

The bad news is that it may take a while for the new one to be available. Plan on camping with an ice chest or two this summer.
