furrion dv3100

we have a new grey wolf 29 bh with the furrion dv3100 entertainment system the first unit was replaced in warranty due to dvd not playing now everything else seems to be working except radio reception [wasn't very good before] we get nothing but static my dealer is an hour away and don't want to drive back there leave it for a week just to change a couple wires.my question is would there be anyone out there that has a picture of a correctly connected and wired furrion dv3100.i have researched this and theres been a lot of reports of connections in the wrong places I know the dealer just unplugged and replugged in the same spot.any help would be greatly appreciated

You might want to read the reviews on this model before you invest your time in trying to fix it.

I know what you mean. Mine came with too. I’ve already been looking at external DVD players. They’re pretty inexpensive. Like you mine is still under warranty so I’m going to make them repair or replace it.
