Furrion DVD sound problem
I have a furrion 3100. Sound works for radio and blue tooth. I removed my tv and disconnected the rca wires. Now when I connect the rca wires I have no dvd sound. From tv or trailer speakers. I get video. Red and white are sound, yellow video out from furrion dvd. My tv has component inputs. What colors should they go to in tv? Seems the tv wants more inputs than the dvd has outputs. Should be dvd out to tv in but no sound, tv has sound when using antenna input.

Is the dvd player integrated into the head unit like an IRV 66?

Yes, it's a Furrion 3100, dvd, blue, tooth, radio, all in one. Two zones etc. Music plays through trailer speakers. But as I said, no dvd sound from tv or trailer speakers, worked fine before I disconnected but not after reconnect. Still plays radio. T.V. has sound from tv speakers when using just t.v. . But good picture with no sound from dvd.

The RCA wires should include a red and a white one Those go from audio OUT on the Furrion to AUDIO IN on the TV. The yellow wire plug is for DVD VIDEO only. Double check all of those are going to and from the right places and are well pushed on and tight.

The rca’s don’t go to the component inputs, (red, blue, green). There should be a stereo input (red, white).
Is it a different tv from the one you disconnected?

Tombsy is correct. Component input is for high resolution output from a DVD that the Furion 3100 does not have. You need to connect the red/white/yellow RCA from the Furion 3100 to the AV input on the TV which should have red/white/yellow jacks in a row. But you should be getting DVD sound through the trailer speakers from DVD anyway as that sound should come straight from the Furion 3100 and not even need to pass through the TV.
Here's a manual for your DVD player:

Yup...I'd also note that if you have COMPONENT Jacks... and no yellow jack for video input on your TV...you should plug the furrion video cable into the GREEN component jack while the audio MUST go into red & white audio input jacks.

Yes, red and white are sound, yellow is video...it goes to the yellow/ green on the component input..red and white are audio in...I even tried the headphone jack on the front of the 3100 while playing dvd, no sound out if headphones while playing dvd or cd, even with t.v. disconnected. Yet sound out of headphones while playing radio or bluetooth from 3100. Tried hard reset, no sound from any disc, any output. I think I may be another unhappy Furrion customer

DW...you may be right that it is a lost cause...but here's a schematic of the rear of your radio. You will note that there are TWO ways to send video/audio out to TV's...
One is a built in wiring harness with jacks at the TV end only. The other is a set of verticle composite jacks for video and left and right audio where YOU would supply the cables. Whichever set of jacks is NOT in use is worth a try before you trash the Furrion. Do you have the manual? If not it is available here:

Thanks for the schematic. I tried the other rca A/V outs, nothing, checked connections, tried another t.v., tried headphones in the headphone jack. Still no sound while playing DVD or CD, but all other sources work as usual. Ordered a Furrion 3300 beings it's the same size but has HDMI. I was hoping for a missed setting but I think the reset woulda returned to factory sound.
