Furrion Fridge Compressor Runs Continuously

Any suggests or solutions for a fridge compressor that continues to run 24/7?

We have a 2020 Cherokee and once the fridge is started up prior to a trip, the compressor continues to run for the entire trip which makes it a little annoying in the evenings as it is constant noise. We were told it might have something to do with how warm the trailer 'room' temperature is, but last trip we had the A/C on for much of the time and keep things at 74 degrees F the entire time?

Let me know if anyone has experienced the same and what can be done about it as our dealership was not helpful at all.
