Furrion Fridge not getting power

I have a 2023 Heritage Glen 5th wheel. Furrion FCD16DCASA-BG fridge. Originally new, the control board was bad. It was replaced and fridge worked fine for less than 36 hours. Previously had power, just wouldn't kick in cooling, now no power at all. I have check breaker box and there is not a breaker or fuse for the fridge. I have been told there may be an inline fuse, does anyone know where that might be?
Also, reading this thread, I have 2 new batteries, and have checked them, both outputting 20v.
Seems like it should be a fuse somewhere, but have no idea where that would be.
Control card replaced was in the top of the fridge.
Anyone know where this frdige gets it power from or where it would be tied into power?
or have a diagram for the heritage glen 369BL model?
any help appreciated.
thanks

How are your 12v batteries putting out 20v?

Sorry, wrong information. The solar panel charge controller is what I was looking at.

So you need to test the batteries with a multimeter. Make sure you're unplugged from shore power.

It's possible that the fuse is behind the refrigerator. There have also been reports of bad/loose connections behind the Furrion refrigerators. Hope it isn't too difficult to pull out.
