Furrion Radio clicking with no sound

I have a 2015 Greywolf and the radio suddenly has no sound not even static yet when you turn the sound up it clicks thru the speakers yet no other sounds. Anybody have an idea what is wrong and a quick fix without having to take it to the dealer?

Try a complete power down, remove all power from the unit, wait a min, then plug it back in.

We tried shutting all power off and the radio still will not work. The CD player and axillary ports work. We have music that way but the AM/FM. It doesn't even have static sound.

I am having the exact problem. When I turn the volume up you can hear it clicking but no music on radio. DVD and CD plays fine. What is the problem.

I have much the same thing, but no sound from anything--radio or CD. I DO get sound on earbuds when I plug them in

Our previous trailer had a Furion radio and I constantly had to reset it to factory default. It never worked correctly for more than a day or two, absolute piece of garbage in my opinion. There is a reset button on the face, a pen or paper clip, etc, should work to push it in to reset it.
