Furrion TV playing DVD audio cuts out

Hello,

I have a 2021 Geo Pro 16bh with a 12v Furrion TV with built in DVD player. It is hard to describe but when playing a DVD the audio cuts out during "quiet" parts of the movie. For example when no one is speaking during a scene but there is still background music/noise the audio cuts out, and as soon as someone speaks the audio is back. It makes the audio sound very choppy and is quite annoying.

I know the audio on the stock set up is not great, but has anyone experienced this specific issue before?
