I just picked my new trailer it has a Genesis GT-2.0 system the radio works great we went to use the CD/DVD player last night I put the cd into the player it said load on then screen will not play or eject I tried to reset the default settings which it did but still will not work. Any suggestions?

We have the same problem with our Genesis GT 3.0 unit. When you insert a DVD or a CD, the disc loads into the machine then everything stops. We get a high pitched whine from the machine. To eject the disc you have to power the unit off and on, then the disc will eject. This unit is only one year old. I would appreciate if you find the problem you would share the answer. I think my Genesis unit will need replacing. The cost is $699.00. Not happy!
