Heat ducts

I have a 2019 40ft sandpiper 5th wheel and the heater duct does not work going up to master room. I have been dealing with camping world since we bought it.
Zero airflow to the master duct. Sandpiper sent out an air measure tool and if the cover all the ducts in the rv they can get some air flow but not much according to the tech so they sent back to sandpiper theyre findings and sandpiper said yep its good??? Im not happy but have zero options? Camping world said they would split cost to add heater to the master but i feel I should get a working unit?

Yes, you paid for a working unit and thats what you should get. If you're not getting sufficient airflow through the duct its possible that the duct tubing is crushed somewhere (happens during construction) along the way. Adding another furnace near the master bedroom might be the least costly solution.

The ducts in my Cardinal are nothing more than silver flex ducts. If you look in the basement storage and take the dividing wall down, you will see the furnace and the plenum with all the flex ducts coming out of it. You can look and see if any are crushed, or torn.
