Help with High Pointe Microwave/Convection Oven

Just got a new Sunseeker with a High Pointe Microwave/Convection Oven. When the 110 powers comes on, the microwave automatically turns itself on and rotates. We can't seem to get it to stop--the controls don't seem to be working. Also on the control panel at the top the Key light appears on, but the manual does not describe what that or any of the other top buttons mean. Anyone have any ideas?

The only suggestion I can offer is to flip the breaker for the microwave and call the dealer. There is definitely a problem...
