Hisense Fridge

Issues with Hisense fridge not working. Plugged into shore power. Inverter is on.
What am I missing here!?!? Fridge was working last night when we went to bed. This morning the lights aren’t coming on when opening the door nor the panel on the outside of the door.

First thing would be to determine if there is power to the fridge, however you probably need to pull it out to check.

Since you mention inverter I assume this is a 120V fridge.
Are you plugged into shore power? If so I would turn the fridge breaker off then back on. If it it not a dedicated breaker try them all.
If your not on shore power what is you battery voltage? At the inverter if possible.

We have the Hisense Residential Refrigerator and factory Solar. When arriving to a site after tuning off the Solar I have to 'unplug' the 110-volt Plug from the back of the Refrigerator and then re-insert the Plug to get the Residential Refrigerator to recognize the Shore power. Hope this helps...

It’s a residential fridge. Not sure how to access the plug at this point. I can not locate where to access it.

We’ve checked breakers and rest all gfi plugs

Your receptacle for your refrigerator is more than likely behind the refrigerator on the wall. You will have to pull the refrigerator away from the wall to access. In your first post above, you also mentioned an inverter. Since you have a residential fridge, you more than likely have an inverter. There are times when the inverter itself has to be turned off and then back on to reset. When you are plugged into shore power you do not need power from the inverter. It is there so that you have power while you are traveling down the highway and while boondocking without shore power available.

Long shot, but maybe just try to turn the circuit breaker for the fridge off for 30 seconds then back on while hooked to shore power. This should be the same as unplugging it at the plug, but maybe not.

Please accept my apologies. I did not see a model number and assumed it was a 5th wheel. Our Hisense has an Ice Maker so there is an access door from the outside giving you access to the Ice Maker switch and the electrical outlet.
