Hisense TV - Sound issue

Anyone notice that when switching to a different channel, there is sometimes no sound?

We had one that for no reason sound would go out and I would have to turn off to get it back.

Did it go away eventually, or did you get a replacement/solution?

Gave it away when we got a new sound bar that would not hook up to TV.
