Thumbs up Hooray! Radio Reception & a Question

The local computer/sat' TV/stereo whiz stopped by w/ a pigtail for my radio antenna co-ax cable. He was able to include the capacitor that was @ the end of the OEM cable. Originally I was only able to receive the local FM radio station that is located about 3/4s of a mile away. The next closest station is in Bancroft (24 miles away) & I couldn't get it.

Now after reworking the cable termination, I can now pick up 16 stations (4 are a bit weak). Four of the stations are approx' 55 miles away.

Now to my question, is there a way w/ the ZX75 unit to preset the stations? I see in the manual that if I press the Play/Pause button the radio will scan & store into the memory the stations that are found. Unfortunately this method skips some stations.

Thanks Bob. I submitted an email as well thru the website. My nephew suggested maybe if the signal isn't stereo it isn't "saved".

Please note, that if and when you power off the battery with a battery disconnect - like I do between trips - all settings will be erased

I realize that, but I'd like to know if I could store the stations manually rather depending on the "auto scan" feature.

I just got a reply from Concertone. The only way to preset stations is w/ the auto scan/memory feature.

You beat me to the post revrnd!

I discussed this with the product team and they agree this would be a good feature to add. I am sorry that does not help you with your current equipment.

I hope things continue to get better with your Concertone operations!
