How to open fridge outside service panel? (vibe 315bhk)

I don't want to break the plastic, how does the outside panel open? This panel is the backside of the Dometic fridge.

I tried turning the bottom fasteners by hand, but they didn't seem to want to rotate or pop out.

I'm sure it's EZ, I just don't want to break it since it's only plastic.

Rotate both bottom fasteners 90 degrees then pull the bottom toward you. The top has a plastic pin in each top corner that sticks up into a grommet in the top of the opening so pull out and down from the bottom.
