How to play someting besides the radio

We have a 2013 ROO with the genesis entertainment system. I can get the radio to play but when I try to play a DVD u have no picture or sound. I also tried to play pandora through my iPhone and the input jack and had no sound. If I hook a DVD player to the tv it gets a picture so I think the problem is with the Genesis. Any suggestions?

I tried checking the fuses. They were good And removing all power from the camper as suggested in previous posts. Neither worked

Your iphone will play via Bluetooth, aka no wires, provided it is paired with the Genesis and on the Bluetooth setting on the genesis.

The DVD should play on its own if I remember correctly. I can't remember what setting on the tv though, seems like av 1. I had to do some playing around with the wire behind my tv as it was not plugged all the way in but the sound work on the speakers.

You may need to get behind the unit to ensure the wires are set up correctly.

DVDs played on it last year this year nothing. I pulled it out last night and it was wired correctly. I also checked that the wires still worked and they did. My warranty ended Memorial Day. I also tried the factory reset in the manual Any suggestions for a new one?

Talk to you dealer I would guess. Or search ebay? Do some research and see what kind of units there are available. I would likely look for an upgrade to the 2.0
