I.D this T.V. antenna?? 2016 wildwood 261BHXL

Need help to I.D this antenna, did a scan on both t.v's with no channels found. Just purchased used and have no manuals so no ideal where to start troubleshooting for signal. My zip code is 35456 an i understand i am rual, still i should get one channel that is around 20 miles.

Found this after looking at the last few pages of the internet. Continu US CA-1500 omnidirectional antenna. After read more on this antenna, it would be safe to say "abandon all hope" for t.v signal. Now to push on to maybe a satellite. Not looking forward to replacing the antenna as of yet with the lack of experience of working near or on the r.v. roof.

Any suggestions would be great. example would-- be can you work while standing on the roof??

I weigh 270lbs what is the max load limit for the roof??

It looks like you could use a newer antenna.

When mine was new, a dealer tech that had to be pushing 300 climbed my ladder and walked all over it.

Just stay off the panel seams (if you have a 5th wheel styled roof made of panels). They will flex and the trim that covers that seam inside will get loose.

My new Surveyor came with a Contin-US antenna, got no channels.
I tossed it in the trash and installed a "Batwing''. Bingo 30+ channels.

Any chance there is a data plate on the bottom side? I can't find that pic anywhere.

There is a data plate underneath, but you have to stand on your head to read it. All it says is CA1500FMW, continu.us.

I have one of these on my rig and it works like a charm. I can pull in channels 35 miles away, and that is a feat in itself here in Alaska. My neighbor has one of those King Jacks on his 5er and 15 miles out of Anchorage he gets pixilation. Go figure.

The CA1500FMW is now obsolete. It has been replaced by the CA1500W. My neighbor replaced his King Jack with one of these from Amazon:

Pretty much useless.
Be aware that the hole in the roof is just big enough for the coax to pass through so adding a rotatable antenna like King jack will require cutting a larger hole.

Do you have a booster, and is it on?

Yes, and it has been turned on for each scan. I think this antenna is a "no go" and would like to replace, Big draw back is i am not familiar with working on R.V roof.

In your first picture it looks like an old park bench. Beyond that no clue.
