In Dash Radio
I've got a 2007 Georgetown 370XL. Anyone know where the in dash radios come from?
Mine has a single CD, Weather band and is Sirius SAT capable. Also has 2 "AUX in" if that helps.
I would love to have an manual for it.
I've been searching Ford OEM radio sites and can't find a match...
Thanks,
Steve

I'm not sure if the one in my 2009 is the same as 2007 but here it is:

Thanks for the quick reply.
A few lucky googles and I found someone selling what I have. Apparently it's made by "Shark". Still working to find a manufacture's website / manual.
A pic of what I've got:

Found it! :-)
Ronhanson: Your link did the trick. Magnadyne also sells my unit and their web-site has the owners manual.
Link for anyone who has my unit:

Yet another manual to add to the RV! THANKS!

That's the same unit we have, but it's not the original. The day we picked our RV up the radio worked at the dealership. On the way home it shorted out and took the map lights with it. It was not the same unit as what they replaced it with. It did not have Sirius capability. Does your radio keep accurate time? Ours loses about a minute a day and has to be reset every time we go somewhere. I wish there was a replacement capable of plugging in an I-pod or it played MP3 discs. Sound wise it's not too bad.

I never knew how to set the clock so I don't know if it's losing time. Now that I have the manual I'm a master clock setter. I'll keep an eye on the time for the next day or two and report back.
You can connect an iPod for the cost of a cable. The rear of the stereo should have 3 sets of RCA jacks. I believe the yellow wires goes to AUX1 input and the black goes to AUX2 input. If I remember right the grey wires with RCA jacks is for a pre-amp output. Just use the "mode" button to cycle through the input sources until you hit AUX1 or 2.
I put the cable on the other day. Should be nice in the spring to have the wife DJ from her iPhone while I lay down miles.

I put the rear camera sound on the rear aux jack. You can get the volume much louder than on the monitor. Can hear a pin drop back there when backing up and my wife doesnt have to raise her voice

Ours is a Jensen with the flip up screen which is used for the backup and side view cameras.

Side view cameras eh? I aspire to that.. For now I have mirrors and my wife...
+1 for Ron on the idea to hook the backup sound into the dash stereo. Very slick.. Going on my winter upgrade list!

Hey thanks, I have the manual but never thought about any additional inputs in the back. See, you should always read the manual. I got as far as setting the time, which I can do blindfolded and handcuffed, only kidding but I've done it so many times, that I never looked at anything else. So now I'll start the Christmas hinting for an I-pod.

Steve, the side view cameras are a bit over rated in my opinion, just can't train my brain to look to the center of the dash rather than at my mirrors when I change a lane. The display switches automatically when the turn signal is turned on. I guess some guys really like them though. I'm just old school I guess.
Now side mounted lazer beams that would be great, bwa ha ha ha ha.....

Would those lasers be used before or after you scare the life out of them with the air horns?

I guess I'm old school as well. I have the nicer "bus style" heated mirrors and they work fine.
Another trick that works for me is to use the rear camera to pass. I look for a wide open lane in front of the guy I'm passing as I come around and then I sneak a peak at the rear camera and watch for my TOAD to pass the front of the guy I'm passing.
Lasers sound nice.. Might need an inverter upgrade though.. :-)

Yep, and the camera is also nice to make sure the wheels didn't fall off your toad and all those people waving at you as they go buy aren't just being friendly.
I have the same mirrors as you and love them though. Being able to adjust them with out having the wife stick her arm out the window is great...
