Induction Cooktop in our Berkshire 37A

Our 2018 Berkshire 37A came with an induction cooktop. The operation manual is lacking in any info and the translation from Chinese to english is terrible. Dealer is no help. My question is;

As soon as we connect to shore power the cooktop led lights blink and don't stop. They stay on while using which we have figured out and it works great but the blinking lights when not in use are annoying.

The manual doesn't address, has anyone figured this out?

My home cooktop blinks lights when it is on but no compatible cooking container is on it, or any pot or pan at all.
