It's the hook up for your external power antennae. If the green light is on power is supplied to the antennae. You connect a coax cable from the jack to the antennae connection on your TV. Then do a channel search and see what channels you can receive at your location.

The button powers the antenna amplifier. You want it on when watching "on-air" television. Turn it off when plugged into to cable tv at a campground.

What I do is look in the manual. I looked up what appears to be your model of antenna amplifier. The manual shows the connectors and functions of the amplifier components. From the illustration, which is attached below, it appears the front coaxial jack is for a TV, in addition to the jack on the rear for another TV.
Here is the manual for an amplifier that looks like yours, but Since I don’t have your RV, I can’t know if this amplifier matches yours exactly. https://s3.amazonaws.com/cd-content....7b8e74134e.pdf

Forest River has an interactive manuals web site. I have used it and other sources to obtain the manuals for all of my RVs components. I strongly suggest that RV owners make use of the interactive manuals web site to understand the RV’s components. https://forestriverinc.com/Owners/In...ve-Manuals#rvs

In summary, it appears that the antenna amplifier has two TV signal output jacks, one on the front, and one on the rear. The builder of your RV apparently used the rear jack and left the front one unused.

If you have one of these in your FR3 that coax connector is not used. It is an output that is typically used for a TV.
