What I do is look in the manual. I looked up what appears to be your model of antenna amplifier. The manual shows the connectors and functions of the amplifier components. From the illustration, which is attached below, it appears the front coaxial jack is for a TV, in addition to the jack on the rear for another TV.

Forest River has an interactive manuals web site. I have used it and other sources to obtain the manuals for all of my RVs components. I strongly suggest that RV owners make use of the interactive manuals web site to understand the RV’s components.

In summary, it appears that the antenna amplifier has two TV signal output jacks, one on the front, and one on the rear. The builder of your RV apparently used the rear jack and left the front one unused.
