Insignia Oven

Just venting-Has anyone else had issues with the Insignia ovens not lighting. Did you get it fixed or replaced. Took possession of 345IK May 6th worked the 1st time we used it and then it wouldn’t work. Finally had it looked at on Aug 25by RV dealer and found out These stoves are warranted by Best Buy so the RV dealer won’t fix them. Called Best Buy and they don’t fix just replace. Ordered on 8/25 told it would be 4-6 weeks okay no problem. Checked on order today only to find it wasn’t ordered until 9/13 because they were out of stock and still have not shipped. Leaving for GA the end of October probably without the new stove(at least the burners work). Why would Forest River use products sold by Best Buy when they cant warranty or fix them and when Best Buy won’t allow their geek squad to enter an RV for repair purposes.
