Installing satellite to camper?

I would add satellite TV as an option to our home away from home. I have DirecTv at home and am thinking about what I would have to do to just add a dish, cable and the receiver. I assume that I would be able to just take the receiver from home. Is that a good assumption? What dish would I need to be able to have it work? Is there a good web site that has more info on what to do? As background I have a Genie (HR44-500). For what it is worth I just want basic channels, nothing special. Thanks in advance.

When camping season arrives, we take one of our receivers from the house and place in the RV. We obtained an oval dish from a neighbor who had his disconnected. He called Directv to come and get it, but they didn't. After 6 months, he took it off and brought it over. We rigged up a tripod and now we have Directv in our RV. No extra cost. If we go outside of about 100 miles from home, we lose our local channels, but usually can pick up some on the antenna.

Do a Search for DIRECTV and/or Genie and start reading. This question gets asked 3-4-12 times per month BUT the answers are not exactly the same due to differences in trailers. I take my main Genie and one mini-Genie with an antenna I paid about $60 for... but my Sat In connections are different from some.
