Internet connection

So I have a 38ck2, that I have been living in full time for the last 2 years, while I travel for work. I'm normally in a location where I'm not able to get internet. But I just moved to a spot where I'm able to get it. The only provider I can get here is Suddenlink, they don't have any open dates I can work with to have them come out to install, but they have a self install option, and by the looks of it the main cable is already at my hookup box, I just need to run the cable into my camper and set up the router. My main question is (since I've never used it before) in my side box panel I have 2 hookups that say satellite and one says internet, could I just plug into the internet then connect the router from inside on it? And where that connection is located inside? Or would it be better to run the cable they send me to the inside of the camper myself? I'd prefer not to have to do any drilling though.

I would run the cable into the basement and just put the wifi stuff in the basement.

You know, I didn't really think of that. You think that would be sufficient connection throughout the camper?

Considering that there are no metal pipes in these rigs, no thick walls and the distance is short, there isn't much to weaken the signal.

Is there an electrical outlet in the basement to plug the router into?
