iRV 33 radio

I know there's already a few threads on these radios but I can't seem to find any with my problem. Just got my new TT home and when I tried out the radio nothing but the CD and the Radio parts work. I can't play DVD's, memory stick. Has anyone else come across this?
Also I wanted to open it up to see if everything inside is hooked up right. How do I do this? Can't figure out how to get the face plate off. Click image for larger version

The side pieces are snapped in and can be slid directly away from the wall. This will expose the four mounting screws. Once you remove the unit you can check all the wiring. Other posts have noted that the wiring has been wrong on a few of the campers manufactured since Forest River switched to the Patrick Industries IRV series units.
