I’ve done troubleshooting stereo systems before, so remove your system faceplate to gain access to the rear connections. Trace that the wiring looks solidly connected. From the internet, you should be able to retrieve wiring schematics for your exact system.
From that, change your wiring connections to feed the outdoor speakers (which you know to work) from what should be Zone 1 and 2. This will prove whether you have a “no signal” from within your unit, or the speakers of Zone 1 or 2 are your source of trouble.
