J R's RV Repair outside Gettysburg, PA

I think your location would help others to better respond to your inquiry. I do not know of a JR's in my area, but there may be many across the country.

I have seen them in Gettysburg, PA., but do not know anything about them. At the Gettysburg Battlefield Resort, out in front is a shop that sells rvs and accessories. His cell number is on the door. Told me if I need anything to call him, he's only a few minutes away. Been there a long time. I think he would know. That's on old 15 out of town just past the Bowling alley. Hope you make out.

I would call (not the car company) FORDS RV REFRIGERATION at 1746 Big Bear Hwy.,
Benton, KY 42025. Tel number is 270-354-9239 or Google FORDS RV REFRIGERATION on the web and they have very good information in video form. Their first objective is to repair the refrigeration if it can be repaired, not to sell you a new refrigeration like a lot of RV repair/dealerships want to do.

I have not used JR's personally but my sister and neighbor have and they swear by the gentleman. His prices are reasonable and he can provide factory warranty repairs for certain manufacturers. You may need to make an appointment because he is always busy. I plan to use his services this fall to remove factory water filter and check brakes and grease axles. Post you experience. PS: Stay away from CW in Hanover for any repairs.

We are seasonal campers in Drummer Boy Camping Resort in Gettysburg (recommended!) and have used JR a few times. JR moved our trailer within the park and did an excellent job. He also winterized the trailer and has made a few repairs. The work has been prompt, the repairs have fixed the problems and the prices seemed reasonable. We will continue to use him. FYI: His shop is actually in one of the Gettysburg campgrounds (forget the name, but it is on Route 116 a little west of downtown Gettysburg). Seems like a really nice guy too. Recommended!

He showed up to a camper behind us for a repair this past weekend while we were at the TT Gettysburg Farm. Seemed like the MH owner was pleased with the work.

We used Jr's when we where camping at Gettysburg. AC was having issues. Came to site, quick repair & very inexpensive. Highly recommend him.

One of our neighbors also gave them good reviews during a trip to Gettysburg Campground (where I think he is housed).

As a note; S&S RV repair, also in Gettysburg also got good reviews from friends. My buddy blew two tires at the same time on his 5th wheel. It blew out the wheel wells and severed two hydraulic lines. They got him in immediately and got him on the road again in only a couple of hours.

Attended a rally at Gettysburg campground, and JR's RV repair is located on the grounds. A friend of mine had a major repair done by JR's. Repair was done quickly and very professionally and was quite reasonable.

Yes. Used JR to replace AC on Georgetown. He and his son were responsive and great to work with. Highly recommended.
