Our Radio was activated two weeks ago and the software version is Dec 2014. Since we should be able to get the update (30 days) - the most recent version of software is Sept 2015. NAV extra is useless - they said that they have a MAC version, so I need to update the SD card via this program. You can't find out if they are going to give you the update until you register the device (SD Card). So I downloaded the program it should immediately recognize the SD card and tell you what you are entitled to. It doesn't work, all you get is the program, a basic menu appears with help and thats it. We don't have access to microsoft products so I'm stuck with two year old maps. When you contact Nav extra, they give you an answer and say the ticket is closed. Has anyone tried there mac program and have you had the same results. Im not sure where to go at this point, so looking for advise or suggestions. Do I call Jensen - ASA? Thanks - Steve - Also I kept clinking back and forth between help and the general screen (just for the heck of it) and a setting menu came up - I then saw a menu item for new registration - the program then clashed with error messages.
