Kitchenaid Residential Refrigerator and Inverter

When we did our walk thru on our 2016 Sanibel 3601, we were told the refrigerator would only work when we plugged into shore power. Since then, we ran across a large colored flyer in the drawer of user manuals that mentions turning the inverter on to operate from the battery, only drawing 1.2 amps, etc. We were also told that a rocker switch in the controls was there for a future option. Our finance guy at the dealer confirmed that we should be able to operate the refrigerator from the inverter. So the question is, where is the inverter located, where's the remote located, and does the rocker switch in the main control panel turn the inverter on and off? It would really be great to have a set of schematics or wiring diagrams for the Sanibel to answer a lot of questions that are now just coming up.

don't know if this will help or not. we have a cardinal that has the residential refrigerator in it. it came with an inverter to power the refrigerator. there is a push button switch on the control panel to turn the invertor on or off. it took a while to understand this as the switch is not clearly labeled. there is no reference to the refrigerator near this switch. if I remember all it says is power. press the button and a light within the button lights (power on). press again and the light goes off (power off). but I have been able to confirm that if you turn this on the refrigerator will run off the battery via the inverter. only the refrigerator, all other 110 devices stayed off. how long it will run on just the battery is another topic. I have been able to leave the inverter on while towing the cardinal and the refrigerator ran while being towed. the truck alternator must be supplying some power to the trailer battery. still need to confirm if this will work for a long tow.
