LCI ONE TOUCH not working properly

I have a 2018 forester and my one touch controller is not allowing me to get to the screen that has the icons for generator, slides, awning, etc. allot shows is my rv. When I touch that it shows the screen with the tabs for control panel, how to, troubleshooting videos, etc. Any help

Try a hard reset. There is a small hole on the bottom front into which you can stick a paper clip. Push it in and reset. See if that helps.

lacrawgator,

I'm not sure if the LCI One touch is the same as the MyRV system but on our MyRV system if your screen looks like the first picture then you need to run your finger along the white line on the right side from top to bottom and you will then see the "MyRV Control Panel" (second picture). Pressing on that takes us to our icons for generator, lighting, etc.
