Lippert OneControl no longer works by remote??

I just came off a 2 week RVing trip. Everything on my Lippert OneControl worked fine. The RV sat in the driveway for a couple of days running off the battery. The wife was worried the refrigerator would drain the battery, so she plugged the RV into power.

Now neither of our phones will connect with the Lippert OneControl. All the functions on the Lippert panel inside the RV works fine. We just can’t do anything remotely with our phone.

When I press what I believe is the “connect” button at the top of the app, it gives the following message…

Your app is not connected to your RV. Check phone settings to verify Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and or cellular radios are on.
If you have not previously paired with an RV tap “+” on previous screen to begin pairing process.

My logs show the OneControl Version is V5.7.6 452509 RELEASE
My phone is a Pixel 7. If any of that matters.

Any ideas?? I’m pretty sure its not our phones. I suspect the Bluetooth can no longer connect, but I don't see any way to fix that??

I had to remove and reinstall the app on my phone when it did that. It restored the connection.


You may also try removing the Bluetooth pairing in your Bluetooth settings and re-pair the one control panel.
