Magic Chef 16.2 cf 12v stopped cooling cooling

We need your assistance, but I do not want this thread turned into an argument that's off topic. Please respect this because we need help because everyone is currently closed.

We are shaking down our brand spanking new 2024 Flagstaff 371 RK in our driveway. Our refrigerator, which is a bottom freezer 16.2 cubic foot magic shaft with French doors, is 12 volt and will not cool blow 40°. The freezer doesn't seem to want to get below 28. The temperature for the freezer was showing negative 3°. However, when we shut the refrigerator off, turn the battery switch off, then reset the main breaker, The freezer temperature was showing 32°. The refrigerator didn't change. Before we did the reset, you could hear a clicking when the freezer drawer was open. This clicking went away after we reset the power, yep it's not cooling.

Any recommendations where to start troubleshooting? Thank you for your respect and assistance.

start troubleshooting by checking the voltage
are you connected to shorepower and running battery charger
(not sure what you have for a converter? )

Do you have food in the fridge is any blocking the inside vents?
are there separate controls for the different sections ?

see if you can find your model here and it's user manual

We had just a couple of things in the refrigerator, which of course went bad. I want to check the refrigerator again in a few minutes, but when I checked it at 5:00 a.m. this morning, it was at 33° and the refrigerator and 0° in the freezer. The reset I mentioned may have corrected it? I'll check the voltage today and see what I'm getting at the refrigerator. Thank you!
