Microwave blues

Does anybody out there have any experiance replacing their advent microwave with a better one. I just got through spending a week camping at the beach and I noticed the microwave will heat food very unevenly. You cannot turn it enough to make it work right. The problem is mostly when I try to defrost frozen meat, I find one side frozen and the other side starting to cook. I end up standing there 45 sec at a time flipping the food. I am looking for a direct replacement that bolts right in.Thank you mike

I'm not sure which microwave model you have, however, the smaller unit is almost impossible to find a replacement for due to the cabinet size being so small. We looked forever to find a replacement for the one in our Wildcat MAXX and finally gave up due to all the replacement units we found would not fit in the cabinet. Hope, in spite of our experience, you find something that will work for you! Good luck.

Thanks for the reply. I sort of figured the size would be a problem as I tried a search and could not find anything. Maybe the guys at camping world might have an answer. If I find anything I'll let you know. Mike

The light went out in ours. We can't find where it is. Manual says nothing about and can't find home page for High Pointe. Number in manual doesn't work. Under warrant, guess Camping World will have fix unless someone can help
