Microwave circuit - Rockwood Windjammer

Hello!

I'm helping a sick family member that lives full time in a Rockwood Windjammer. He's had some issues that I'm trying to assist with.

It's a 2011 (he thinks) 3001W. His microwave stopped working recently (along with a water heater issue I'm trying to track down, which may or may not be related).

His microwave was popping the breaker (15a) and then died, so he purchased a new Microwave. Once the new microwave came in, he realized the plug behind the microwave wasn't working at all. He has been using an alternate plug for the Microwave since then.

When I plugged a tester into the outlet, it's showing an open neutral. I have gathered that Forest River isn't exactly known for providing wiring diagrams or schematics of any sort. My question is, is there usually anything else on the microwave circuit in these things, or should that be the only device/plug on the circuit.

I rewired the outlet behind the microwave, so that side should be good. I'm hoping it homeruns back to the breaker panel?
