Received my replacement ZX690 which was shipped Fed-Ex Express and I must commend Concertone and Mr. Fields for addressing my concerns in such a timely manner. I am very pleased and dismayed by the fact that a corporation stood up, took responsibility, and corrected the problem. Hats off to everyone involved and again THANK YOU.
