My RV control panel pin locked

Hello! I have a 2016 Vibe 308 BHS. When I hit the My RV control panel button, it’s asking me for a pin code! I’ve tried the default of 1234, but nothing happens! The original owner can’t remember what/if he ever put one in! I have the app on my phone, but need my panel to function as well! HELP🥴🥴🥴🥴

I'd call lci tech support. I bet they have workaround or reset procedure.
