Never saw those.

Use these. They work:

oh, see, your pics are sideways....fridge door holders, for a side-by-side type.

while I understand the perceived need for 'those' things, it's probably not required... I doubt those doors are going to just 'come open' while traveling.

Oh geez! Do they ever!

Mine came with some kind of little velcro strap. Did nothing. Lost everything in the fridge on the first trip, 8 hours. First fix I dreamed up didn't work either, and broken glass and food all over the floor, PLUS lost refrigerated food.

Then I found this thing, or the inventor found me! LOL. Several iterations were tried, and the one now is awesome. Boy do they work.

And yes they are needed. VERY needed.

Oh...They do. I have first hand experience with a pitcher of sweet tea all over the floor because the doors swing open on turns when the fridge is loaded. My recourse was to just stuff a roll of paper towels in the handles to hold them together. Next I have moved to a pool noodle threaded through the handles which works well.

yes they open. ours came with a bungee type rubber cord that goes across the doors to keep them closed. we also wrap a small bungee cord around the handles.

we forgot to secure them one time. any idea what a watermelon looks like after it rolls out of the open door?
