Need help with Furrion DV7200 playing both zones at once

That's about it. We have a DV7200 preinstalled in our 2020 coach we just got. Whether we select zone 1 or zone 2, it plays both zones at the same time. I checked the wiring in the back of the radio and the wire colors match the installation manual.



Any help please?

we have the same unit in our surveyor. it has random lockups and other problems. the fix for me is to pull and reinsert the fuse that powers the radio. that fixes whatever was wrong, until the next time it locks up!

Have you tried pressing Zone 2 and holding it in until it switches to off?
That's how my DV7200 works.
My Zone 1 is inside speakers, Zone 2 is outside. If I've had my battery disconnected, it defaults back to both Zones on, and I have to switch off Zone 2. As long as I keep the battery connected, it retains the current setting until I change it.

I have the same unit, and as stated above, it has many issues. I experienced the zone problem as well as lockups, unable to use even the power button (though app usually works), and others. I now have a specialized Furrion reset tool (aka a paperclip) stored next to it to poke the reset button. I use it at least once a day.
